Holy Spirit,

Thank You for coming into us to teach us all we need to know and remind us of what Jesus said. Help us, we pray, to be more attentive to You, more ready to follow Your guidance, more open to Your teaching and more able to act as You guide. We are sorry for the times we have let our desires take precedence over Your guidance, ignored You and let our own selfishness be our motivation. As winter moves into spring, help us to cleanse the temple of our bodies in which You dwell so that, through our words and actions, others see You.
